Ana Maria Wilhelm was born on August 1st, 1951, in Saginaw, Michigan.
She passed away peacefully in her home in Biloxi, Mississippi, on October 4th, 2012, at 61 years old.
Ana was loved and respected by many. She enjoyed caring for others and also playing and beating everyone at cards. She especially enjoyed the role of being a mother and grandmother. Cooking and keeping everyone fed was one of her best features. Ana was employed by the Grand Casino in Biloxi for 15 years.
“Our MeMaw was a wonderful and caring woman who would do anything for anyone. She always put everyone else’s needs above her own. She was the glue that held it all together. She’s been there for us, with the most patience in the world. We will miss you, MeMaw! You were and still are perfect to us. You are what’s us. Love CC, Punky, Yang, and Tony.”
Ana was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Josephine Gonzalez.
Ana is survived by her husband of 23 years, Dennis A. “Denny” Wilhelm; five sisters, Helen, Margarita, Edwina, Victoria and Amalia; two brothers, Little Joe and Ralphie; and five sons, Leandro, John, Brian, Jeremy and Jason. Ana also has twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, her pride and joy, Anthony.
She also had many wonderful friends who she deeply loved and cared for. Ana will be deeply missed.
Services will be held at Noon on October 8th, 2012, at her home, 7228 Bienville Drive, Biloxi, MS. 39532.
