Andie Leigh Lambert

On Monday, December 3, 2012, our sweet baby, Andie Leigh, became an angel. Andie is preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Lee Lancon, Wilson “Goat” and Joyce Marie Powell, George “Walton” and Thelma Ewing and Anthony “Crash” and Margie Pitalo. Andie is survived by her parents, Andrew and Jessica Lambert; her sister, Vivian Lancon; her great-grandmother, Lillie Lancon; her grandparents, John “Jack” and Patricia Ewing and Clifford and Jane Lancon; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The world may never notice if a snowdrop doesn’t bloom or even pause to wonder if the petals fall too soon; but, every life that ever forms or ever comes to be, touches the world in some small way for all eternity. The little one we longed for was swiftly here and gone; but, the love that was then planted is the light that shines on. And though our arms are empty, our hearts know what to do; every beating of our hearts says that we love you. Please join us in the celebration of Andie Leigh Lambert’s life at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at D’Iberville Memorial Park.
