Pass Christian
Ann Lang Riette, age 60, went on to glory Tuesday February 10, 2015 in Gulfport.
She was a life-long resident of Pass Christian. She graduated from Pass Christian High School in 1972 and then from Mississippi State University.
She served the public education system as an elementary school librarian and teacher for nearly two decades. She took great joy in teaching her young students the rudiments of education and equipping them with the building blocks of life.
Her greatest delight in life was faithfully serving her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She dedicated her life to having a relationship with Him, and spreading the love and truth of the Gospel of Jesus to those around her.
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “For he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” (Hebrews 13:5) “Choose you this day whom you will serve…but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15)
She was preceded in glory by her parents Caryl and Captain Jack Lang. She is survived by her son Jason Riette, her sister Susan Lang Puckett, and two brothers Jay (Kathy) and Cary Lang.
Ann fought the Good fight, she finished her course, she kept the faith! (2 Timothy 4:7)
