Anna Marie Humbargar Bridge

Mrs. Anna Marie Humbargar Bridge, 90, of Ocean Springs, MS died Monday, July 2, 2012 surrounded by her loving friends. Mrs. Bridge was born in Herington, KS on February 10, 1922. She was a member of Ocean Springs Elks Lodge Ladies Auxiliary, BPOE 2501 where she enjoyed playing Pokeno with all her friends. She was very talented with crafts and enjoyed making others feel very special. Some of her many talents were cooking, gardening and spending time with friends. She was a member of Christus Victor Lutheran Church. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, always unselfishly giving of her time and love. She will be so deeply missed. Proceeding her in death were her husband of 41 years, Stanley E. Bridge; both parents and all siblings. Survivors include: step children, Stanley Bridge, of Azle, TX, Mary Anne Sanders, of Sault Ste. Marie, MI and Debora Moyer, of Jackson, MI; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several beloved nieces and nephews. There will be no service. Anna will be buried with her husband at Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Anna would like to extend her gratitude for the special care, support and encouragement given by all her friends during her time of need.
