Annabeth Schofield, 75, of Biloxi, MS, went home to Heaven on January 2, 2014. Born in Gainesville, Florida, on July 28, 1938, Annabeth spent her years enriching others’ lives by caring for children and the elderly and loving and encouraging her many friends and family members. Having lived in Biloxi, Mississippi, for almost 30 years, Annabeth was a member of Bay Vista Baptist Church where she was active in Sunday School and the Crusader Choir.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William C. Schofield, Sr. and Ann Elizabeth Wood Schofield, and her brother, William C. Schofield, Jr. She is survived by her sister, Judeen Schofield Williams and husband, Allen Williams, sister-in-law, Nellie Clark Schofield, nephews Corbitt and Daniel Williams, Will Schofield and wife, Karen Brinson Schofield, niece, Amy Schofield Collins and husband Paul Collins, and eight great nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Road, in Biloxi where friends may visit one hour before service time. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall of Bay Vista Baptist Church.
