Annie Mae Hillman Davidson of Vancleave, MS passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. Ann was born on July 8, 1925 in Neshoba County, MS. She was an active member of Vancleave United Methodist Church. Ann will be remembered for her service to the Lord and the many gifts of love to her family and friends. Her greatest joys were her family, cooking, sewing, and holding her babies. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband of almost 65 years, Charles Belton (Jeff) Davidson, her son, Charles Michael Davidson, granddaughter, Terri Rushing Hoffman, parents, Robert Lee and Lucy Odell Hillman, six brothers and one sister. Survivors include daughter, Judieth Ann and her husband, Fender Tucker; daughter, Sylvia Faith Davidson; daughter-in-law, Gail Davidson; son, Walter David Davidson and wife, Rhonda; daughter, Cynthia Kaye and husband, Bob Hogan; son, Ricky Lee Davidson and wife, Carol; daughter, Alicia Beth and husband, Randy Green; sister, Katherine and husband, Don Olsen; sister, Betty Adcock, sister-in-law, Peggy and husband, Joe Mack Thaggard, grandchildren, Matthew, Ashley, Melanie, Donna, Amy, Charles Michael, Brian, Sarah, Haley, Lucas, William, Bob, Robert Michael, Donald, Lee, Daniel and Jacob, great-grandchildren, Jocco, Megan, Mallory, Madison, Leslie, Clayton, Gavin D., Brynn, Judy Lynn, Gavin, Kira, Kylan, Kalen, Konner, Kaden, Breinton, Rylan, Brooklyn, Reghan, Grace and Dahlila and great-great-grandchildren, Memphis and Sampson. Visitation will be on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 9am-11am with an 11am church service all at the Vancleave UMC. Burial will follow in Vancleave #1 Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Vancleave United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 5141, Vancleave, MS. 39565. Ann’s family wants to thank her church family for all their prayers, cards, and visits. We give a special thanks to Hospice of Light for their care and comfort.
