Arland A. Parker Sr.

Mr. Arland A. Parker, Sr, age 77, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2014, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Parker was a longtime resident of the coast. He was a devoted husband, loving father and an avid Saints fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gertrude and Jasper Parker, a granddaughter, Ashley Parker and daughter-in-law, Tammy Petrucci. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Susan Gerrior Parker, three sons, Arland A. (Patricia) Parker Jr, Robert (Anita) Parker and Arthur Petrucci, three daughters, Susan Parker Lizana, Sherry Parker (Steve) Duhon and Brenda Parker (Edward) Day, fifteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 30, from 1pm until 2pm, with a 2pm chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
