Audrey Franklin Catchot

Mrs. Audrey Franklin Catchot, age 73, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2015. Audrey was a lifelong resident of the coast. She was previously employed with the Ocean Springs School District and the Casino Industry. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Wayne and Mable Fairley. Survivors include her beloved husband of 53 years, Edwin "Big Ed" Catchot Sr, three sons, Joseph (Debbie Jo) Catchot, Eddie (Laura) Catchot Jr and Lance (Lindsey) Catchot, sister, Ruth Hollis, seven grandchildren, Amber, Christopher, Wesley, Constance, Victoria, Jordan and Suzanne, and five great-grandchildren. Audrey will be sadly missed by all who loved her dearly. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 11, from 9:30 am until 10:30 am, with a 10:30 am Memorial Mass, all at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
