Brenda Plaisance Dronet

Brenda Plaisance Dronet, 70, of Biloxi, MS passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017 in Biloxi. Brenda was born in Biloxi, MS on August 17, 1946. She attended St. Martin School where she was named Salutatorian and graduated with 12 years of perfect attendance. She was also a graduate of USM where she obtained a Master’s Degree. She retired as a teacher at St. Martin High School where she taught 6th grade and was a math lab teacher. In her spare time she loved bingo, crocheting, shopping, cooking and LOVED being a teacher and being a mother to her only child, Brandi. She is preceded in death by her father, John Plaisance; mother, Beatrice Seymour; step-father, “Dooley” Seymour. Survivors include her children, Brandi Dronet Huff; and siblings, Nola Waldrop and Nick Seymour. Memorial donations may be made into an account set up at Keesler Federal Credit Union in the name of Brandi Huff in memory of Brenda or you may donate at gofundme.com/brendadronetfuneralexpense A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D’Iberville on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Friends may visit from 1:00 pm until mass time. Interment will follow at D’Iberville Memorial Park. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
