Caffrey Franklin “Frankie” Trosclair was called home to be with our Lord on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. Frankie was a great father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was a true hero with a big heart and gentle soul.
Frankie was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast and a member of the Fleur de Lis Society. He was a soldier in the 1355th S&S Company of Ocean Springs, where he served his country during Desert Storm. Frankie retired from Blossman Gas Company. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty Kullivan and Roland Trosclair; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Curtis McClellon and Mr. and Mrs. Caffrey Trosclair; his baby girl, Rena Marie; and his sisters, Patti Mack and Becky Gordon.
Frankie’s survivors include his son, Jonathan (Vanessa) Trosclair; his granddaughter, Logan Trosclair; his brothers, Buddy (Janelle) Trosclair and Matt (DeeAnn) Trosclair; his sister, Dena (Jimmy) Hancock; his goddaughters, Dottie and Samantha; 12 nieces and nephews; and 15 great-nieces and nephews. Frankie truly loved his family.
Funeral Services will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 7:00 pm. Friends may visit from 5:00 pm until service time. Interment will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 11:00 am.
