Carole “Patty” Morgan of D’Iberville was called home October 26, 2012. She was born July 1, 1942 in New Orleans to Shannon and Eura McKeown. Patty was the eldest of seven siblings and the only daughter. A 1960 graduate of Biloxi High School , Patty was a class beauty and queen of the Junior Miss Ball. She went on to attend the University of Southern Mississippi . Patty was an accomplished artist, loving wife, and devoted mother. As a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D’Iberville, she made sure her six children were brought up in the faith she loved. She enjoyed painting, ceramics, and socializing with her family and friends. Her kindness and generosity live on in all the lives she touched.
Patty is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Michael, James, and Shawn McKeown. She is survived by her husband of 43 years Jerry Morgan and brothers Dennis, Kenneth and Rian McKeown. She is also survived by her children: Adrianne (Matthew) Bush, Richard Bradford, Paul Morgan, JJ (Lu) Morgan, James ( Tara ) Morgan, and Jonathan (Della) Morgan. Her talent and love for life lives on in her grandchildren: Anthony, Jacques, and Christin Fountain, Patricia, Joseph, and Alyssa Morgan, and Thomas Bush.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D'Iberville where friends may visit form 9:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in D'Iberville Memorial Park. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 675 Howard Avenue, in Biloxi is in charge of services.
