Charles Percy Noel, Sr., age 71, of Ocean Springs, MS died Saturday, June 7, 2014 in Ocean Springs. Mr. Noel is preceded in death by his wife, Ida Noel. Survivors include his son, Charles P. Noel, Jr. (Carissa); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Ashlyn and Gage Noel and Shayla Tootle; and his sister, Vallee Atkinson of Columbus, OH. Private services will be held at a later date. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
