Christopher Paul Dronet

Christopher Paul Dronet, age 56, of Biloxi, died Thursday, August 23, 2012. Christopher was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was a member of Nativity BVM and formerly employed offshore as a Deck Hand and Captain. He enjoyed the outdoors and gardening. Christopher had a deep love of God and his family and lived for them. Christopher is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ellen Ziz Dronet; brother, Michael Keith and sister, Kathryn Marie Pauley. Survivors include his wife, Karen Lewis; daughter, Samantha and his grandson, Ryder. Chris is also survived by his father, Harry Paul Dronet; brothers, Dana, Gary (Ann), Mark (Linda) and his sisters, Cheryl Dronet Gruich and Mary Dronet Rush. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 27, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Nativity BVM Cathedral. Friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until mass time. Interment will be at a later date in Biloxi National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to: Nativity BVM Cathedral Parish or Nativity BVM Elementary School. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue is in charge of arrangements.
