Curtis William Lamey, age ¬¬68, of Biloxi passed away on July 25, 2012 from pulmonary fibrosis.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy McWilliams; his parents, Ollie Lamey and Mamie Schonewitz; and his sister, Margie Moore.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judy Lamey; his grandchildren, Alan McWilliams and Alicia McWilliams; his son-in-law, Douglas McWilliams; his sibilings, Ollie Lamey Jr., Chester and Sylvia Lamey, John Lamey, Doris Havard, Margaret Havard, Mabel and Larry Schonewitz; his in-laws, Verna and Gearld Yarborough and Jeanette and Jim Lewellen; his extended family, Mariah, Dakota, Nathan and Angela McWilliams, Rob and Kay Rogers, and the Reno family.
Curtis was the owner and operator of C & D Auto Salvage. He enjoyed hunting, cookouts, and crawfish boils with friends and family. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his generosity for people in need, caring personality, and being a true family man.
Friends are invited to join the family for visitation on Sunday, July 29, 2012 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15452 O’Neal Rd, Gulfport. The funeral will be held Monday July 30, 2012 at 12:00 p.m in the funeral home chapel where friends may visit beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at 1009 Wire Rd, Perkinston.
