Dale L. Sewell

Dale L. Sewell, age 50, of Picayune died Thursday, December 5, 2013 in Gulfport. He served twenty years in the Naval Reserves as a Chief Machinist Mate and a submariner. He was employed at NASA for 30 years where he worked on Space Shuttle, payloads, engines and rocket test stands. He was an avid golfer. He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Lee Sewell. He is survived by his mother, Myrna Sewell of Gulfport; brother, Michael Sewell (Brenda) of Houston; and nephews, Aaron Sewell and Ethan Sewell. The visitation will be held Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport.
