Danny Paul Boney

Danny P. Boney, Sr., 64, of Saucier, MS, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017, which was also his birthday. Danny was born in Biloxi, MS and was a lifelong resident of Biloxi first and then Saucier. He was a Catholic, and a 1969 graduate of Biloxi High School. He retired from the Biloxi Fire Department as a Captain after 30+ years of service. Danny loved to cook and work out in his yard. He also did a show on Mississippi Outdoors Cooking Gumbo. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Helen Boney; and recently, his brother-in-law, Michael "Mickey" Roberts; and his K-9 companion, Zachary. Danny's survivors include his sister, Darlene Boney Roberts; his son, Danny P. Boney, Jr; and his daughters, Sarah (Paul) Burks and Shay (Stephan) Kerber. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
