David Warren Bonderer, age 61, of Ocean Springs, MS., passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012, at his home with his loving wife, DeDe.
Dr. Bonderer was a graduate of Pascagoula High School and the University of Southern Mississippi. He received the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery on September 16, 1973, from the University of Tennessee. Upon graduation, he spent four years in the Air Force and in 1979 he started his practice in Gautier. His kind, gentle and caring manner built a practice of loyal and loving patients who he considered his friends. He was a member of the Mississippi Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the 5th District Association, and proudly served on the peer review committee for many years. Dr. Bonderer and his wife, DeDe, shared many joys in their life. He had a passion for golf that he shared with his many dear friends. Going to the Masters and playing in the Mississippi Gulf Coast Pro-Am in 2011 were the highlights of his golfing career. However, sharing his time with his friends was what golf was all about. Dr. Bonderer and DeDe enjoyed spending time with their family and friends, traveling and entertaining. But most of all, they enjoyed each other. They shared a love that was everlasting.
Dr. Bonderer will be missed by his family, friends, patients and especially by his dear wife DeDe, and dog, Einstein.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Catherine Nadine Bonderer and Joseph L. Bonderer.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, DeDe, his children, Robinn (Michael) Banisch, Jeannie (Alvin) Bonderer, Blake (Megan) Bonderer, Stacy (Chris) Hammond, and Austin Bonderer, his grandchildren, Christian Rocco, Chase and Jackson, and his sister, Dixie Bridger.
