Denise Antonious Fairbanks

Denise Antonious Fairbanks, 69, of Gulfport, died Friday, April 18, 2014 in Gulfport. Mrs. Fairbanks was born in Williamsburg, VA and was a longtime resident of Gulfport. She was a graduate of Gulfport High School, class of '62. Mrs. Fairbanks was preceded in death by her husband, Force Master Chief James D. Fairbanks; parents, Col. James D. Antonious and Rose M. Antonious and a brother David Antonious. Survivors include her children, Debbie and Tommy Spiers, James "Bubba" and Jobeth Avdoyan, and Michele and Homer Walden; a sister, Major Debra Ruth Antonious (USAF Retired), 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A private service will be held. The family request no flower but memorials may be made to Humane Society of South MS., 2615 25th Ave., Gulfport, MS. 39501. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th St., Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
