Edna Mae Ladnier

Mrs. Edna Mae Ladnier, 90, died Tuesday, November 12, 2013 in Biloxi. Mrs. Ladnier was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. She was a member of Blessed Selos Catholic Church, the Fleur-de-lis Ladies Auxiliary, the Golden Age Club, and Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary. Edna worked at the Biloxi VA Hospital for a number of years. She was a world traveler and loved it. Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall J. Ladnier; her parents, Polycard Lonson and Lawrence Hebert; sisters, Agnes Simmons and Inez Winterstein; and brother, Rivers Lonson. She is survived by her daughter, Beth Eleuterius (Greg, Sr.), St. Martin, MS; grandchildren, Greg Eleuterius, Jr. (Loretta), D’Iberville, MS, Alex Eleuterius (Michelle), Long Beach, MS, and Marshall Eleuterius (Tasha), St. Martin, MS; and nine great-grandchildren, Wesley, Matthew, Mary Elizabeth, Alexander, Morgan, Ava, Miles, Marshall, Jr., and Meredith. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Blessed Selos Catholic Church, where friends may visit an hour and a half prior to service time.
