Ellen Archer Sims

Mrs. Ellen Archer Simms, 90, of Gulfport, died Tuesday, August 21, 2012 in Gulfport. Mrs. Simms was preceded in death by her husband, John Jules Simms, a son, James Henry Sanders, and a sister, Mary Archer Freet. Mrs. Simms is survived by three daughters; Judy Simms Bradford, Susan Simms McDonald (Harold), and Elizabeth Simms; a brother, Charles Henry Dabney Archer, Jr. of New Orleans, LA.; four grandchildren, Stephanie Bradford May, Jennifer Ellen Bradford, Jonathan Lane McDonald, Erin Elizabeth McDonald and one great-grandchild, Zachary Ryan May. There will be no formal services conducted at this time. Memorials may be made to your favorite charity. Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home Pass Road is in charge of arrangements.
