Francis Robert 'Frank" Ballow

Francis Robert “Frank” Ballow, age 75, died on September 2, 2014 in Biloxi, MS. Frank worked at the President Casino and Beau Rivage Casino and Resort. Survivors include his brother, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services and burial will be held in private. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend a Memorial gathering on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 882 Ravenwood Ct., Biloxi, from 1-3pm.
