Gerlinde Maria Mitchell

Gerlinde Maria Mitchell, age 71, of Biloxi died Thursday, February 21, 2013 at her home in Biloxi. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Biloxi. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Mitchell; her parents, Johann Herdlitschka and Josefine Kriehuber Herdlitschka. Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her children, John Mitchell (Diana) Charlie Mitchell (Joy), Ellie Hales (Eddie), Julie Smith-Vaniz (George), John S. Mitchell (Patricia), Michael Mitchell (Lisa), Patricia Boch (Jim), and Irene Mitchell; a brother, Hans Herdlitschka; 29 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, February 22, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at St. John Catholic Church, Gulfport. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Gulfport.
