Grace Irene Stenum

Grace Irene Stenum, 85, of Biloxi passed away after a short battle with colon cancer on Thursday, November 22, 2012. Mrs. Stenum has been a resident of Biloxi since 1994 after retiring from Florida Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Rockledge, FL. She was currently on the Board of Directors with Harpeth Hills Cemetery and Funeral Home in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Stenum was an active member of Coalville United Methodist Church in Woolmarket. Mrs. Stenum is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas H. Stenum; two sons, Alan T. Stenum, Sr. and Thomas W. Stenum; her parents, Porter and Mary Hazard; her sister; and four brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Mary (Gary) Francisco of Sarasota, FL; and her son, Lugene (Pam) Stenum of Biloxi, MS. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to the youth of Coalville United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held at Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Sunday, November 25, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Coalville United Methodist Church on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. where friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Mrs. Stenum will be sent to Florida Memorial Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery in Rockledge, FL for services and burial.
