Gussie Fryou Wilson

Gussie Fryou Wilson, 79, of D’Iberville, MS passed away Monday, August 22, 2016 in Pascagoula. Mrs. Wilson was a native of Biloxi and a 1957 Biloxi High School graduate. She skated as a young person, participating in the opening of the new Highway 90 in Biloxi. Mrs. Wilson was of the Methodist faith. She is preceded in death by her son, Ricky Lee Wilson; her parents, August and Espa Fryou; her brother, August Alonzo Fryou; her sisters, Marie Hamilton and Marilla Pilney; her daughter-in-law, Daphne Wilson; and her brother-in-law, J.W. Richey. Mrs. Wilson’s survivors include her husband of 57 years, Ronald Wilson; her daughters, Rachel (Joey) Balius and Robin (James) King; her son, Ronald Wilson, Jr.; her sister, Judy Richey; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 10:00 am.
