Harrise Marie Fewell

Funeral services for Harrise Marie Fewell, 79, will be at 12:00 noon, October 8, 2013. Services will be held at Hixson Funeral Home, Moss Bluff, Louisiana and burial will follow at Ritchie Cemetery in Moss Bluff, LA. Visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Ms. Fewell died Thursday, October 3, 2013 in Biloxi; MS. Ms. Fewell was born in Villeplatte, LA and had been a resident of Lake Charles, LA for the past 50 years. She lived in Biloxi, MS since 2010. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Albert Fewell; her father, Kossuth Deville; her mother, Armide Fontenot; a daughter, Dora Leger; a son, Keith Leger; four brothers and five sisters. Survivors include her sons, Amos Leger, Jr. and Randy Leger of Biloxi, Michael Shane Jensen of Lake Charles, LA; her daughters, Loretta Leger O’Keefe and Dorothy Leger of Biloxi, Doris Beadle and Janet Spell of Lake Charles, LA; a brother, Paul Deville; two sisters, Della Fuselier and Anna May Andrepont of Villeplatte, LA; 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
