Harry Paul Dronet

Mr. Harry Paul Dronet, age 91, of D’Iberville, MS passed away on Friday, November 7, 2014, in D’Iberville. Mr. Dronet was a lifelong resident of Biloxi and D’Iberville. He was a World War 11 Veteran in Sub Marine Corp, the owner of City Auto Parts for 35 years in Biloxi and North Biloxi and was a lifelong member of Blessed Francis Seelos Catholic Church (St. John Catholic Church). In his later years, Mr. Dronet owned a small sharpening/hobby business and was a local gathering place in D’Iberville. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Mary Ellen Ziz Dronet, daughter, Kathryn Dronet Pauley and two sons, Michael Keith Dronet Sr. and Christopher Paul Dronet. Survivors include his loving children, Dana (Karen) Dronet, Cheryl Dronet Gruich, Gary (Ann) Dronet, Sr, Mark (Linda) Dronet, Sr and Mary Dronet Rush, a daughter-in-law, Karen Lewis Dronet, seventeen grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, from 9am until 11am, with an 11am Mass of Christian Burial, all at Blessed Francis Seelos Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Biloxi City Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
