Harry Allen Leaghty

Harry Allen Leaghty, age 54, of Vancleave, MS, passed away peacefully at home, on Wednesday, September 5, 2012. Harry was a lifelong resident of Ocean Springs where he lived and worked as a electrical contractor. He was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Margaret Leaghty. He and his devoted wife Lois were married 31 years and together raised a beautiful daughter, Courtney. Other survivors include his brother Charles Leaghty, nephews John Leaghty & Dustin Skaar, niece Ashley Sharp, brother-in-law Roy Skaar, his mother-in-law Mary Skaar, whom he had a unique loving relationship with, and a dear friend Bishop Howze. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 8, 2012, from 9 am until 11 am, 10:30 am Rosary, with an 11 am Memorial Mass, all at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
