Herbert L Meadows

Herbert L. Meadows, age 80, of Gulfport died Tuesday, May 8, 2012 in Gulfport. He was born in Laurel and had been a resident of Gulfport for 56 years. He was a member of Gulf Gardens Baptist Church. Mr. Meadows retired from the A & P on 13th Street and also retired from Walmart. He worked part time at Bayou Vista Golf Course. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Dorothy L. Meadows of Gulfport; a son, Randy L. Meadows of Gulfport; a sister, Gaynelle Burt of Philadelphia, Miss; two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren Visitation will be held Friday, May 11, 2012 from 10 until 11:00 a.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport.
