Hilda S. Fiorenza

Hilda S. Fiorenza, age 91, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017. Hilda was born August 3, 1925 in Tylertown, Mississippi to Luther Burns Stewart and Dessie Yvonne Alexander. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luigi C. Fiorenza; son, Nicholas "Nick" Fiorenza; two brothers, John Stewart and Ephraim Stewart; three sisters, Nelma Beets, Dorothy Uchello, and Aimee Martin. It cannot be coincidence that, with her love of gardening and careful nurture, Hilda, born Stewart, became Fiorenza, flower. Now Luigi, calls from the soil of Paradise for their eternal reunion, and her fruition is joyful and harvested! Survivors include her four daughters, Mary (Jack) Caves, Alisa (Mike) Bourgeois, Cecilia Fiorenza (John Murphy), and Cristina Fiorenza; two sons, Keith Fiorenza and Ronald (Brooke) Fiorenza; fourteen grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Monday, April 17, 2017 from 5:00 pm. until 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
