Isabel Richard Tell

Isabel Richard Tell, 94, passed away September 8, 2012 in Diamondhead, Miss. Mrs. Tell was born in Church Point, LA and had been a long time resident of New Orleans. She was one of nine children. Isabel was a vivacious, vibrant lady who loved her family and many friends. She was a spiritual woman who was a long time member of Unity Church in New Orleans. She loved to play bridge and was an artist. She was a past member of West Bank Art Guild. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Tell; her parents, Paul and Emelia Richard; and one grandson, Craig Bourgeois. Mrs. Tell is survived by two daughters, Linda Dawley (Harold) and Raynell Bourgeois (the late Milton); two sons, David Tell and Raymond Tell (Louise Adams); six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Catherine LeDoux; and her former daughter-in-law, Rosemary Ciaccio. She maintained a positive outlook and died peacefully surrounded by her children. We would like to thank Odyssey Hospice and the caring staff at Woodland Village, especially Ken, Alvin, Carol, and Samantha. Funeral Service will be held at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Diamondhead, MS on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 2:00 PM with visitation at 1:30 PM.
