Jack W. Forshee

Jack W. Forshee, 77, of Biloxi, MS passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015 in Gulfport. Mr. Forshee grew up on Back Bay Biloxi where he was an avid fisherman and hunter in his younger years. He worked for Delchamps Food Stores as Produce Manager and Store Manager from 1955 until his early retirement due to medical problems. Mr. Forshee enjoyed planting gardens and the outdoors. He was of the Lutheran faith. Mr. Forshee loved his three sons greatly. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Velma Forshee; his brothers, Terrell, Johnny and Frances Edward; and his sisters, Mary Ann and Lurlene. Mr. Forshee’s survivors include his sons, David and wife, Cassie, Forshee, Daniel Forshee and Craig Forshee; his grandchildren, Meagan, Hailey, Brandon, Cody and Lyndsey; his great-grandchildren, Lexus, Layton and Laken; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, October 4, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday, October 5, 2015 from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm followed by a 2:30 pm Funeral Service all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
