James R. Christine

Mr. James R. Christine, age 80, of Ocean Springs, MS died Monday, March 25, 2013, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Christine was a longtime resident of the coast. He served in U.S. Air Forceand retired after 25 years of service. He also was employed retired, ater 20 years, from the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Jackson County Campus, as an electrical instructor. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Rose M. Christine and his parents. Survivors include a son, James Scott (Janice) Christine of Dayton TX, a daughter, Lucy G. Miller of Ocean Springs, MS, six grandchildren, one great-grandchild and his companion, Janet Thomas. On Thursday, March 28, 2013, there will be a 12:30 pm graveside service in Biloxi National Cemetery. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
