James Wilford Seal

James Wilford Seal, 86, of Latimer, MS passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017 in Ocean Springs. Mr. Seal was a native of Pine, LA and a resident of the Coast for over 60 years. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and the U.S. Coast Guard and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Latimer, MS. Mr. Seal was a retired Electronics Instructor with Civil Service at Keesler Air Force Base. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Seymour Seal. Mr. Seal’s survivors include his children, Karen (Michael) Brewer and Glenn Seal; his sister, Theodoche Mitchell; his grandchildren, Edward (Victoria) Brewer, Jessica (Brian) Baughman and Cassie (Josh) Glaven; and 8 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 11:30 am. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until mass time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
