Jeff Walker

Jeff Walker, age 68, of Gulfport died Sunday, August 4, 2013 in Biloxi. He was a lifelong resident of Gulfport and a 1964 graduate of Gulfport High School. He was a member of Grace Memorial Baptist Church in Gulfport where he served on staff for many years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, Heard and Mattie Walker; and a brother Clarence Walker, Jr. Mr. Walker is survived by a brother, Jerry (Carolyn) Walker of Saucier; a niece, Ava Walker of Gulfport; nephews, Gene (Cathy) Walker of Saucier, Randall (Kaffie) Walker of Biloxi; and Kevin Walker of Saucier; a grand niece, Libbie Walker; grand nephews, Brandon Walker, Ian Walker, and Jordan Walker all of Saucier; a sister-in-law, Gale Walker of Gulfport; and the brother to his sisters-in-law, Dale (Rachel) Clark of Saucier. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Memorial Baptist Church where friends may visit beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Gulfport. His nephews and grand nephews will serve as pallbearers and the men at Grace Memorial Baptist Church will serve as honorary pallbearers.
