Ms. Joe Ann Cutter Seymour, age 68, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2014, in Ocean Springs. She was born September 19, 1945, in Gulfport.
Ms. Seymour was a resident of Ocean Springs for 28 years. She was retired and a member of the Ocean Springs Chapter of TOPS #0281 where she did much of the correspondence, mailing, calling members and supporting projects. Ms. Seymour was a devoted prayer of the Rosary, praying numerous times each day for the needs of others.
Ms. Seymour graduated from Long Beach High School where she was a cheerleader. She loved travelling with her family, enjoyed photography, reading spiritual books, and listening to music.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Wheelock Cutter and Madonna Witt Cutter and a sister, Georgie Cutter Smith.
Survivors include a sister, Donna A. (Gayden) Harper of Pascagoula and two nieces, Elizabeth Braley Harper (Luke) Sloan of Minneapolis, MN and April Harper of Biloxi, MS; brother-in-law, Dwight Smith of Summerville, SC; niece, Shannon (Chip) Payne, nephew, Terrell (Shari) Smith, and five great nieces and nephews; also, four special friends, Suzanne Damron, Frances Gunter, Mary Ponder and Rose Marie Smith of Riverside, CA; her special TOPS Group #0281; and daughter, Anngelina Seymour Koenig Fales and granddaughter, Nicole Koenig.

A Memorial Mass at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church to celebrate Joe Ann’s life will be held on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
