John Munro Wyatt, Sr.

John Munro Wyatt, Sr., 71, of D’Iberville, MS passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in Ocean Springs, MS. Mr. Wyatt was born in Picayune, MS and raised in Cross City, FL. He was born October 11, 1945 to Robert Winston and Ruth Grace Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was retired from the Biloxi VA in maintenance and grounds keeping. He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandson, Justin Michael Ferren; and his siblings, Robert Wyatt, Shirley Wyatt and Walter D. Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 47 years, Lillie A. Wyatt; his children, Ruby A. Wyatt (John K.) Ferren, John M. (Trena Byrd) Wyatt, Jr. and Kevin P. Wyatt; his grandchildren, Linda M. Raymond, Kevin P. Wyatt, Jr., Dawson P. Wyatt, Harley Wyatt, Christopher Wyatt, Jazlyn Wyatt, Conner and Alexa Smith; and his great-grandchild, LaShaun Raymond. Visitation will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Friday, June 30, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at Leggett United Methodist Church on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
