Joseph Rene Parnes

Joseph R. Parnes, 52, of Saucier, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2012. Mr. Parnes was preceded in death by his Father, Norman Parnes, Grandmother Dorothy Roberts and Father-In-Law, James L. Yoder. He is survived by his wife, Sue Parnes; mother, Joyce Garlotte; special mother-in-law, Pat Yoder; children, Nathan Smith (Rose), Amy Henrie, Samantha Henrie, Granddaughter, Hayley Smith, Brothers, Irwin (Rebecca) Garlotte and Brian (Tina) Parnes, Sister, Michelle Parnes, Stepmother, Josephine Parnes, Nephew, Nickolas , Nieces, Heather, Caitlin, Hannah, and Rehana, Great Nephew, Daniel, Great Niece, Isabelle and Cody and Hailey. Joe loved to travel, enjoyed good movies and the outdoors, but most of all he loved spending time with his wife and family. He was a loving husband, son, dad, grandpa, brother and uncle. He will be sadly missed but loving remembered by family and friends. Our loss is Heaven’s gain. Rest in peace, dear one. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the O'Neal Road Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home,Gulfport, where friends may visit beginning at 12:00 p.m. A celebration of life will follow at Joe’s home.
