Judith "Judy" Hill

Judith Hill, 66, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in Ocean Springs. She was born on June 23, 1948 in Emporia, KS, the daughter of Charles and Evelyn Schmitendorf Glenn. Judy had worked as a Dispatcher for the Osage County Sheriff's Department, for Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance in Topeka and the American State Insurance Company. She retired from the U.S. Army as a Sergeant First Class in 1999 after 24 years of service. Judy was married to Thomas Hill on April 6, 1989. Judy is survived by her husband of 26 years, Tom; her son, Scott (Jenae) Karr of Kansas.; her three daughters, Dawn (Curtis) Pilot of Alabama, Michelle (Luke) Wilson of Colorado and Heidi (Darrin) McAllister of Washington; her brother, Stan (Rebecca) Glenn of Pennsylvania; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Military graveside services for Judy will be held at 11:00am on Monday, April 6, 2015 at the Biloxi National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Sunday, April 5, 2015 at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs.
