Judith Rhyne Tracey

Judith Rhyne Tracey, 63, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2017 in Biloxi. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard M. Tracey; and her parents, Arthur and Reva Rhyne. Mrs. Tracey’s survivors include her son, Daniel Joseph Carver; her daughter, Brandy Chavas; her sisters, Norma Necaise, Lequita Millwood and Alice Felder; and her brothers, Francis Rhyne, Richard Rhyne and Keith Rhyne. A Graveside Service will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 1:30 pm. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
