Kathleen Yates Dever

Mrs. Kathleen Yates Dever, age 94, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Kathleen was born in Tyldesley, Lancashire, England, on November 6, 1918. She was a resident of Ocean Springs and formerly of Jericho, L.I., New York. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Ellen Murphy Yates, husband, Daniel J. Dever and a son, Daniel R. Dever. She will always be lovingly remembered by her daughter, June Dever (Henry) Kuehn, sister, June Yates (Paul) Kardel, nephew, Paul (Roseann) Kardel and their children, Jessika and Kameo, grandchildren, Henry D. Kuehn and Roger Y. (Glynda) Kuehn and great-grandchildren, Henry D. Kuehn, Kathleen Kuehn, Kristen Kuehn, Brittney Kuehn, Rachel Kuehn and Destiny Kuehn. Our sincere thanks to the wonderful staff in the Memory Care Unit at Emeritus, Biloxi for the loving care provided over the past four years. Interment will be in Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, L.I., New York. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
