Keith Anthony Louviere

Keith Anthony Louviere, age 44, of Pass Christian, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 in Gulfport, after a long battle with cancer. Keith was born in Biloxi, MS to Karen K. Strong and Carl A. Louviere. He loved fishing, watching T.V. with his mom, going to the beach with his children and trying new restaurants and new foods with his girlfriend. He enjoyed all the family holidays and playing “washers” with his brothers and dad. He also enjoyed reading the posts and prayers from all of his friends and family on his very own TEAM KEITH facebook page. The love shown to him by so many new friends these past months, brought much joy to his heart during his struggle. Keith is preceded in death by his son, Austin Joseph Louviere, his grandparents; J.W. and Clara Mae Strong and Bernard and Olita Louviere. He is survived by his mother, Karen K. Strong; his Dad, Don Walters and Mom #2(Aunt) Nancy Walters; his children, Chase Louviere and Macy Louviere; his girlfriend and companion, Skye Thai; his former wife, Kelly Lavergne; father, Carl Louviere; step-mother, Carolyn Frair; brothers, Chris Arnold, Todd Arnold, Craig Arnold, Nathan Arnold, Jason Strong, Corey Louviere and Casey Louviere; and his one and only favorite sister, Tina Simmons; plus many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, you may choose to donate in Keith’s name to his favorite charity, St. Jude. He always said he likes to give them donations because his children are healthy and he felt blessed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
