Kenneth Wayne Blanchard

Kenneth Wayne Blanchard, 63, of Covington, LA died on Sunday, April 15, 2012. Mr. Blanchard enjoyed traveling and going to Pigeon Forge, TN. He enjoyed his family; and, was a very down to earth person with an extraordinary sense of humor. He is preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Velma Blanchard, and brother Joseph Blanchard. Survivors include his wife, Clara Blanchard; step daughter, Tanza Westry (Gerald); three step sons, Kenneth Wallace (Erica), Gerard Wallace (Vida), Derrick Wallace; sisters; Genevieve "Ginny" Lloyd, Barbara A. Seymour; two brothers, Wallace Eugene (Sylvia) Blanchard, Terrell Blanchard; special granddaughter, Tasia Carney, and a host of nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Louise Pea, nine brother-in-laws, and ten sister-in-laws. Services will be held Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Howard Aveune Chapel with a visitation starting at 12:30 p.m., service will be at 1:30 p.m. with interment following in Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue is in charge of arrangements.
