Laverna Ladner Gaughf

Laverna Ladner Gaughf was born on November 24, 1933, in Saucier, MS, and was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. Laverna was a floral designer and took great pride in her Day Lily gardens. She was a lifelong member of the Saucier Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Fred Gaughf, her parents, Nettie Wedgeworth Holland and Leonard Ladner, two sisters, Charlene Ladner and Faye Rouse. She is survived by her son, Bruce Gaughf (Kim), daughter, Stephanie Dionne Geist (Don), six granddaughters, two great-granddaughters, two great-grandsons, and brother, Frank Ladner. Visitation will be Sunday, January 19, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will be at 9:00 A.M. Monday, January 20, 2014 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
