Mr. Lee William Pacheco Valencia, age 75, of Ocean Springs passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018.
Mr. Valencia was born on August 28, 1942 in Bisbee, AZ. He graduated high school and attended 2 years of college. He was a longtime resident of the Ocean Springs community. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked security at the Armed Forces Retirement Home. He enjoyed coaching little league while living in Bisbee, AZ. In his spare time he loved to bowl, exercising and staying active. He was a huge fan of weaponry.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Concepion Valencia; spouse, Pamela Valencia; adopted son, Roger William Valencia Tenant; siblings, Robert “Bobby”, Felix, Joseph, Frank, Raymond and Larry.
Survivors include his children, Jesse D. Brown II, Lee Ann Valencia-Spooner and Erin Valencia; grandchildren, Dewayne, Kristin, Darron, Chandler, Chase and Kyrie; great-grandchildren, Zoe, Victoria, Haylee, Griffin and Maddison; and siblings, Micha Carbajal and Tina Orzoco.
In lieu of flowers memorials donations may be made American Homeless Veterans. The family would like to extend a special thank you to their dearest friends and family for their continued support and prayers.
Services will be held on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 11am at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 10-11 a.m. A graveside service will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. Reception to follow at Zeppelin’s at 1:30 p.m.
