Linda Jean Craig Lyons

Linda Jean Craig Lyons, 48, of Gulfport died Friday, July 20, 2012 in Gulfport. She was born September 12, 1963 in Gulfport and was a lifelong resident. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church where she enjoyed worshipping the Lord and singing in the choir. She devoted 25 years to the Harrison County Headstart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reginald Lyons; and her parents, Jack and Katie Craig. Linda is survived by her two sisters, Tina Burnett (James) of Saucier, and Sonya Newman (James) of Long Beach; a brother, Bubba Bruce of Orlando, Fla; her constant loving companions, Bruno, Dorothy and Nemo; numerous nieces, nephews, step-children and grandchildren and will be deeply missed by all. The funeral service will be Monday, July 23, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church, Gulfport where friends may visit beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Burnett Cemetery in Saucier.
