Lois Extine Cox

Lois Extine Cox, 87, of Latimer, MS, peacefully left to be with our heavenly father Friday, April 27, 2012. Lois was born in Wayne County, MS and has been a resident of the Gulf Coast for the past 67 years. She was also a long time member of Leymonyne Blvd. Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Elwood Cox; daughter, Kimberly Mapp; and brother Charles "Peck" Extine. Survivors include daughter, Cynthia Stubbs; sons, Charles "Sonnie" Kuns, Ronald Cox, Tyron Cox, Carey Cox, and Timothy Cox; sisters, Doris Cooley and Margaret Ann Morris; brother, Billy Ray Extine; 17 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 11:00 am at Crestlawn Memorial Park. The Ocean Spring Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe is in charge of arrangements.
