Louise Marie Hanson, 84, of North Biloxi died Sunday, May 12, 2013 in North Biloxi. Mrs. Hanson was a lifelong resident of Biloxi. She and her husband were the owners of the Quick Stop in Biloxi, where they worked side by side until their retirement. Mrs. Hanson’s biggest pleasure in life was cooking holiday meals for her entire family and camping. She is preceded in death by her husband, John L. Hanson, Sr.; and her parents, August and Marie Windom. Her survivors include her son, Johnny Hanson; her daughter-in-law, Kathleen Hanson; her grandchildren, Jeffery and Joelle Hanson; her great-grandchildren, Andrew, Jacob, Jessica, Jennifer and Sandy Grace; her great-great-grandchild, Anliyah; her sisters, Dot Burton and Ann (Anthony) Tiblier; and her brother, Harold Windom. The family wishes to extend a thank you to Dr. Paul Pavlov and staff, and a special thank you to her long standing nurse and friend, Karla, and Camillia Home Health and Hospice. Funeral Services will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. Friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
