Margaret Joyce McCormick

Mrs. Margaret Joyce McCormick, age 81, of Vancleave, MS, died at home on Tuesday, October 23, 2012, in Vancleave, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. McCormick was born on November 9, 1930, in Earlington, KY. She was known and loved by all as "Granny Jo". She devoted her life to her family and friends. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Peggy (Don) Church of Vancleave, MS, four grandchildren, Jack P. (Michelle) Woods of Ocean Springs, MS, Jeffrey V. (Alicia) Woods of Vancleave, MS, Brooke (Larry) Fontenelle of Biloxi, MS, and Scott Church of Destin, FL, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, a niece, two nephews and several great- nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Saturday, October 27, 2012, from 2 pm until 4 pm, with a 4 pm chapel service, all at the Vancleave Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home.
