Marie Louise Palmer

Marie Louise Palmer, age 88, of Ocean Springs, died on Tuesday, September 3, 2013. She was a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Marie was a member of Nativity B.V.M. Cathedral. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lawrence Palmer; son, Damon John Palmer; father, Steve Grasich; mother, Mary (Antonich) Grasich; sisters, Frieda Kerr, Louise Palmer (Ease) , Catherine Mareno (Peggy) ; and brothers, Louis Grasich (Bub) and John Grasich. Survivors include her son, Walter David Palmer (Darlene); grandsons, Jonathan Ainsworth and Christopher Palmer; and brother, Steve Grasich. In lieu of flowers the family would prefer memorials to be made to Alzheimer’s Association, MS Chapter, 1900 Dunbarton Dr., Suite H, Jackson, MS 39216. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Biloxi City Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
