Mary Louise Benvenutti Bratton departed this earth to be with her loving Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the age of 80. Mary was born on September 12, 1932 and was a lifelong native of Pass Christian MS. Mary was a beloved wife and mother and loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren more than life itself.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Donald D. Bratton, Sr., her parents, Albert and Clara Benvenutti, her brother, Ernest “Ben” Benvenutti, her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Larry and Janet Bratton, Brandon Naquin, grand son-in-law and her great granddaughter, Ava Marie Naquin.
Mary is survived by her children, Cabrini Bratton Cadrecha, Donald D. Bratton Jr. and spouse Pamela, Terresa Bratton Huggins, Melanie Bratton Gregory, and Brian Bratton and spouse Teresa. She is also survived by her brother Eugene “Gene” and spouse Susan “Sue”, her brother Albert “Butsy”, and her sister-in-law Dorothy “Dot”. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, Gina Cadrecha Boyan and spouse John, Jessica Huggins Naquin, Carlie Cadrecha, Donald D. Bratton III and spouse Laili, Brian Huggins and spouse Cindy, Adam Gregory and spouse Lisa, Matthew Bratton, Michael Cadrecha, Joshua Bratton, and Brittany Bratton. She left behind four great grandchildren, Isabella and Lilly Naquin, Donald D. Bratton IV, and Heather Brooke Gregory.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 11:45 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church at 22342 Evangeline Drive, Pass Christian with visitation at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment beside her beloved husband will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi.
